Great food, bit pricey. Some staff were a bit unfriendly
We went there as a group of 4 and 2 kiddos on a busy Sunday morning. We were waiting for a table for about 15 minutes but the staff kept updating us on the progress on when we will be seated. We have got two highchairs and seats for the adults in a really pram and child friendly table. The staff were friendly and very quick to serve our food. The food was very reasonably priced and delicious. We have sat for a while after we finished and staff was happy enough to accommodate us and didn't rush us out. The toilets were clean and had a big changing area for babies. I would definitely highly recommend it to everyone.
I've been a fan of the French Village for decades - they even made my wedding cake - so it's great to see that it continues to serve excellent food. Staff are good too and the restaurant is comfortable. Recommended
Had the French Village fry on Monday, bacon was uneatable as it was over cooked and beans were tastless. Mentioned to the waitress it was disappointing when I asked for the bill. Staff lovely, French Village breakfast not so much.
