Not great company a lot of their routes are overpriced . The special deals they offer could be better @ problem they start too late in the morning. Also badly organised company when large events are on here. They don't put enough carriages on their trains. If problems are weather related in areas beyond Belfast because of antiquated tracks then have to bus people. Rural area in the province are badly serviced at times suchas Coleraine, Ballymoney etc. Comparable journeys that firstbus do are much better value. First bus also do great deals on bank holidays and are avery good company for passangers. I think translink need to buck up their ideas to get more of public to use their services.

Great station. Always on time and very helpful
Probably the worst bus station I've ever had the misfortune of being in, staff that are unresponsive and generally have no idea what's going on with customer information desks staff that don't know whereabouts of things in their own station. Plus the facilities are extremely poor for a major city bus station.
