Anytime I go down to sandy row surgery docs and receptionists are nice i had an appointment cancelled on 28th Dec which wasn't docs fault or mine but made new one for 7th Jan(2day) went down was bit late explained my train was delayed then told my appointment was for falls road I said I wasn't told that on phone when I remadey appoinment this is my surgery she said docs and nurses have both I said yes but I can't get there she said u would have missed it anyway in a cheeky tone .I think this is unacceptable I've never had this surgery receptionists speak to me in cheeky manner
These people should leave their job they are worthless ones to be in medical services. They don't understand the meaning of emergency like seriously if a person who is sick today would get appointment of two weeks later...they never answer their calls really sickening to take appointment. Shut this place down
This place is an absolute joke. You can either book an appointment that is weeks away or you have to ring at 8:30 am everyday to try and get an appointment, and that's if you can even get through. The receptionists tell you that they will call you back to make an appointment or have the pharmacist call you and they never do. Then they schedule you in for an appointment and don't even bother telling you that they have or what day/time the appointment is scheduled for; they only contact you AFTER you've missed the appointment (that you had no clue about). This happened twice and have been trying to get an appointment for weeks. I've never seen a surgery so unorganized and dysfunctional in my life. They couldn't care less about their patients needs and the fact that they're still taking on new patients is just shameful.
Really poor. Tried to ring, told I couldnt book an appointment. Needed to ring back at the start of a new week to get an appointment for 4 weeks away. They do have the option to ring at 8:30am each morning but that doesnt suit me with work commitments etc. They are also taking on new patients which I think is ridiculous as they cannot meet the needs of those of us which are currently using the services and have been for years. Wish there was more options for doctors around the area - I would move without a second thought.
a disgrace to call it a surgery the staff let phones ring constantly then hang up, they are rude in general and make you feel like there doing you a favor instead of their job
