I ordered a tied bouquet in yellows and purples to be delivered to my Aunts home for her 85th birthday. Im bedbound so couldnt get up to the shop to discuss what I wanted, but the florist was so helpful and made suggestions which all sounded lovely. My Aunts flowers were delivered on time and she was delighted with them.She kept telling me over and over how beautiful they were.My Aunt has a mobile phone which the family all joke is an ornament for her handbag.She was so excited to show me her flowers she managed to take a photo and send it to me! I have used Flowers By Reids in the past when I was well and could choose my own colours,flowers etc. To find a reliable and really good florist to choose those things for me now I cant get there in person is a Godsend and I will be using solely this florist in the future. Cost of delivery scandalous. I was informed on the phone a small fee would be added for delivery. When I checked the amount taken it was 5. I only used this florists as it was close to the home I was looking the flowers delivered too. One mile on up the Antrim Road and I got charged 5 for delivery. A taxi would not even cost this much. Will not be using again!
