First class service from Julie in sales, and also from the delivery / installation guys, Rodney and mate. 5 star service from the moment we went through the showroom doors to browse until the install guys walked out my front door after completion. No hard sell - just good service. Very accommodating from start to finish, leaving a 1st class fitted slide-robe to the exact specification purchased. Totally tidy job - very rare these days. Would highly recommend and will return to Starplan to do business again in the future. Thanks a million to all at Starplan. B & M.
I have been waiting on a splashback to be fitted for over a month now, after they forgot to bring it the first time.They have now cancelled and rescheduled the fitting for approx another 2 weeks. We are still waiting on our kick boards to be fixed too as they have been broken since the kitchen was fitted. To be then told on the phone your kitchen works fine so we cant get any money or refunds back( even though we have paid for the kitchen in full) if we want to make a complaint to the manager we have to put it in writing as we are not allowed to speak to a manager to discuss the situation over the phone. Terrible customer service. Just wanting to take your money without finishing the job!!! Worst customer service EVER!
