Been a member there for years. Gym floor has been upgraded which is good. Pool area going downhill for people who only want to swim. Sat mornings full of babies. Thurs morning toddlers class and water aerobics and now Wed mornings for six weeks the pool is packed with 20 foreign nationals on some sort of treat. Not a private gym anymore. Good staff but they do nothing to prevent people using mobiles in the changing area although there is a sign no mobiles.Some members walk out of the steam room into the pool and jacussi without showering even though a sign about pool protocol is displayed. More like a leisure centre rather than a private gym.

The worst gym ever. I try to cancel my membership in September and I ended up now in December with more than 10 phone calls and lots of lies and no membership cancel. I have to pay for more than 3 months of membership never used plus all the fees because no one of the staff actually did their job. I gave them proof back in September to cancel my membership and they lost and now I'm still dealing with this situation. Ridiculus. Don't go to this gym.
The staff are friendly enough. Equipment in the gym good and almost always available.Changing rooms, toilets and showers could do with a good clean and the drains could do with some bleach down them to get rid of the smell though. Also, I don't feel that paying members should have to pay additionally to use the weighing scales.
