This evening, I went here to buy a vase and some soil for an apple tree I just bought. One of their staff members assisted me very professionally in the purchase.
Very good store with realy good bargains on everything hardware. Only reason they haven't got 5/5 stars is that some of the staff can be quite rude and also on their phones and listening to music while working the frontline job!
Bought a Lay z Spa jacuzzi here on Sunday and received excellent customer service from Johnny. He knew the products and even drove to Bangor to collect the model we wanted, so we could have it the next day. Thank you. (Posted on behalf of an IT illiterate friend).
Great place for accessories even furnitures for home or in the garden. You can find every small needs to fix things.
After an initial problem occurred with a click, reserve and collect item the store resolved the situation quickly and very efficiently. David went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction was received. I would highly recommend this store but should you have any problems ask to speak to the Manager as in my case he really did pull out all the stops.
