Well... where do I start... ok price was ok for my route but that's where the good service ended.Insured two cars with them. 1st car renewal was astronomical so switch company. 3 weeks of constant phones calls to get my no claims cert and in the end they send an empty envelope so more trouble TRYING to explain to new company why I still haven't produced said cert to them.2nd policy expires and again choose to use someone else... this time they have lost..... LOST my no claims in this policy... how do you loose the no claims earned... think they need to look behind the fridge in their canteen because I'm still at a loss as to how the can physically loose what I have earned. I've never claimed on my policy they have lost all record of it.This company is a joke . They need to employ staff that have a clue of what they are doing
