Customer service was appalling. Called in on the way home from work on a cold wet night brought my bicycle in as I didn't have a lock with me. The Manager took get delight in telling me I had to leave as I was putting the customers at risk. I found this hard to believe as there was no one in the store at the time. This had never been a problem before or at any other Wineflair I have called into in the past. The new manager was just a little bit over to happy in her new found powers and turn a loyal customer out into the cold and rain.

ran home from work to try and get some cigarettes before the shop closed at the 11pm time that they had on the shop door just to see them close the shutters at 10.50. I know its only 10 minutes but if your going to say you'll open to a certain time shouldn't you stick to it?
Staff are friendly and helpful but wine is expensive and very hit or miss. They do good beer deals that are usually better value for money.
