Im a landlord, and every year the lps muck up my payments and then take me to court.Last year was issued a credit card like payment card which had 4 property addresses on it, regular payments were made but guess what, another court letter as some of the payments were transfered into a closed account.Only a very small amount of staff actually are helpful, when you can finally get through to them, the majority just a waste of tax payers money

If it was a company in the private sector it would be bankrupt terrible customer service no one can sort a simple problem passed from person to person department to department email address to email address and of course still sending final demand and court letters i have no alternative but too let them take me to court now so I can make a fool out of them in front of the magistrate what a waste of tax payers money
