We went to the Maxx screen which was very good, but this is the 3rd or 4rd time we've been and had to use scarves as blankets due it the screen being so cold! Would put me off going back now.

I enjoyed my time here. Some stupid old fool was sat in my seat but when I told the staff they went over and eventually the idiot moved... I had to then sit next to him for the whole film. God people.... Check your ticket matches your seat. Cinema was busy but coped well enough. The toilets were clean.
The staff here are absolutley fantastic! I have messed up before during an online order (dont know how I managed it :/) however the guys we spoke with bent over backwards to help out and get us a suitable alternative. Facilities wise, the screen rooms are very spacious, seats comfortable and snacks good too. But for me its the staff that make the experience! We go here regularly and it is by far the friendliest cinema we have been to!
How come ever time we go to Omniplex Dundonald something happens...? Today there was sound and no picture for a quarter of an hour. Someone from the audience went to alert staff who then had to reboot the system. This is not the first time this has happened either! Plus it was freezing - admittedly in the afternoon when very few were at the screening, but huddling under coats throughout isn't very conducive to a great day out! Film, however was good!
