Closed to day , 05/07/2017 - in Belfast? Terrible signage, typical Northern Ireland attitude, any hassle just close it up!
Can be a decent place to park for an event at the Waterfront. On the one hand they do seem to stay open later (do check) when there's an event on there, and it's a very short walk. On the other hand though, it ain't cheap, and expect gridlock trying to get out.
