There is zero impartiality relating to any complaint regarding the police by this office. The Ombudsman in my view is not independent and will always take the side of the police. The Ombudsman office is not fit for purpose and in my view it is a waste of tax payers money because essentially the complaint you make will be led by the police in terms of what way and how they advise the Ombudsman to proceed. So you make a complaint the police dictate what the Ombudsman should do. Dont think you will get a fair or impartial investigation because that has certainly not been my experience. One star is to much.
