Outstanding service. In particular, I liked the flexibility of the contract by letting me retrieve some belonging by visiting their facilities. The process are very well and realistic for students' budgets. I am more than happy with the service.
I felt very confident that everything I had stored would be safe with Go Box. Sean was very helpful with organising everything and even when I changed dates at the last minute. Have just received my things back and everything is in the same condition I put it away in, no issues. Would absolutely recommend Go Box.
My experience as a student storing items at Go Box for the summer holidays has been a great one. The boxes provided are a very convenient size and come with bubble wrap and tape. Collection/delivery at the doorstep is definitely a bonus. Go Box staff are also very diligent and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent service! Having the pod brought to your door was great and really took the stress out of moving. Used the unit for nearly 2 years and everything was exactly as Id left it...no damp or dust! Excellent customer service and very reasonably priced!
We used three boxes to store our furniture for approx 3months during extensive renovations. The service was outstanding. The 3 boxes were promptly delivered to our door at times that suited us, and removed when we had each filled. On return, it was a matter of a phone call and a date confirmed at short notice. Again all 3boxes arrived and we were given ample time to empty each. An excellent service at excellent prices. We would have no hesitation using Go Box again. Highly recommend them.
