Terrible customer service. Was refused onto flight despite having correct documentation. Swissport have confirmed that the Belfast Supervisor was incorrect not to let me travel. They are refunding my flight expenses and have booked me on another flight. Supervisors have the most surly couldn't care attitude and when I asked one a question she replied with a "I don't know, I have never flown to America!" Another one came up with "Away down and ask Kathy in Easyjet, she might know!" Kathy in Easyjet appeared confused as to why they would send me down to her. However, a young girl on check-in called Niamh was very professional. I have lodged a formal complaint.
