Surprised this branch still has customers, place needs demolished preferably with certain members of staff still inside, for they obviously dont know the meaning of customer service! Not all staff, but the majority of staff go that extra mile to be as unhelpful as they can possibly be, its a disgrace!
Atrocious customer service since Castlereagh Branch was closed! Impossible to speak to someone by telephone. I have gone through various 'Please choose' option x and have been on hold - at my own expense - for the past 25 minutes. What number can you call to speak to a human voice?
