Very helpful staff. Once forgot 10 worth of 20ps for my till but corrected it immediately when mentioned.
Bunch of incompetents lost my home deeds i have sale agreed and can do nothing until i get them Every three days they say we need three days. They gave me a phone number for someone who has supposedly got them but he wont answer his phone going to head office now wish me luck.
Tried to open a New Business Account, outright rude, abrupt and unprofessional. We all have bad days but we don't show it client facing. Pathetic. I wasn't allowed to post this without awarding at least one star. They are not even worthy of that!
Great people in this bank and its branches. But their website is a joke. Does not fully work on safari -so cannot reset password for example! Use UB for business, but thus will sadly change as it just cannot compete against the large UK banks set up. Pity.
