Needed an obscure part for my new bike build which pleasingly Slane Cycles had in stock. I placed the order at 2pm and it arrived the next day from Belfast to Derby! Brilliant service deserving 5 stars.
Brought a Garmin fenix 3 around a week ago and hadn't Hurd anything so I contacted costmer service and been told they do not have the item...how can you not put that on the website just say something like currently out of stock or when they realise email you and tell you they will give you a refund. Not Hurd the outcome yet but thats pretty poor considering I spent over 400 ...not happy
