Bought a car from these chaps a while back, cant say I was too impressed, felt a bit pressured and dont recall being fully made aware of all the finance payment terms, but such is life.

I bought an audi s3 of charles hurst dundonald 2 months ago and had it only 2 days to discover that the wing and back bumper was a different colour from the rest of the car.So it got me thinking was it hit , so I got on to the previous owner on Facebook to see and he told me it was on on the back driver side .Then I opened a compliant with the finance company and they took the car back and now my credit history is poor and stuck with no car after selling my own. *******STAY CLEAR**********
I bought an Audi A1 from the dealership around 6 - 7 months ago and the staff at the time were nothing but friendly and helpful. However I noticed as I got home from collecting the car, the window screen wasn't right. I was straight onto the dealership to help with this issue. As those chips were there before I purchased my car.From being told to speak to the customer service department, then back to the man I bought the car from, I was back and forth like a yo yo for months. Finally after months of trying to get an email back, they told me they can't fix it, but my insurance will cover it. My question is why should I have to pay 100 plus and then my premium increasing for the following year, for something that is their fault? The car won't past MOT with those chips. I am still waiting on the phone call back from management, due to this lack of communication, it's left me no other choice than to post this. I will also be taking this matter further, as I think this is disgraceful the way I have been treated! Reading through the reviews It would seem I am not the only one.
