Horrible customer service left standing whilst staff was talking about other customers.. Ford kuga has been in 5 times to get fixed trust for means nothing to them
Would like to thank AMANDA in the mobility section who I've dealt with for years now.had warning light on dash key replace battery so got onto servicing was told to phone recovery might need alternator battery will get you replacement car .as I was due to get ferry tonight in a bit of a panic asked if I could bring car up to newtonards as car was driving fine told to get recovery out which is fair enough.decided to phone AMANDA who I've dealt with for years who may have worked in servicing before.explained situation about error told me to change my car keys all sorted thanks AMANDA saved me a lot of hassle .she is why iIkeep coming back to ford
