Have had my Mini here for two separate warranty paint repairs, BUT have had the car here in total four times. First time the car went in for warranty repair to the roof. Sadly when I pick the car up there is light scratches down the roof so I had to go back again. Second time was with the door wearing paint off the body this was repaired ok, BUT sadly I had to go back again.As part of the Warranty repair they fit a new door seal and plastic covers to the body panel. The door seal on the passenger side was not fitted correctly and the plastic covers on the body panel were all full of bubbles. All sorted now but all and all four visits for only two repair jobs not good. Now to finish this off staff at least or friendly.
Terribly disappointed with the service so far and still don't have my car back. If the work is anything like the service I need to be worried. Try under promise & over deliver. The other way around really doesn't work so well.
