Terrible customer service. Got the job done quickly but when i got the bill breakdown the towing cost was 20 more than agreed. I talked to the boss on the phone about this and he was very nasty, saying "Thats the bill, and thats that!" I don't appreciate being spoken to like that. Now i have the car back and its pulling to the left so it hadn't been test driven and there is something else wrong that may be dangerous. Totally disgusting.

Hit and miss. Very disappointed that they were unable to locate an ongoing problem with my VWs engine. Took it to another local garage who sorted it out in no time.
