# i know the cemetary has nothing todo with here but has close connections with itAnyone aware of o'neill & co headstone specialists at the side of Miltown cemetery.I had a phone call with them today and spoke to the lady of the business regarding a certain issue that was easily amended.without going into detail of wot the issue was....during the phone call of around 2 minutes she told me I was telling her how to do her job and she hung up the phone mid sentence before I could finish.so I rang back....I asked would it be possible to speak to someone else instead and she said that it was only her there and she again hung up.30 seconds later my mobile rang and when I answered I asked who it was.....the voice said this is the lady's husband....wot is the issue....I replied saying..."your wife told me she was alone in the office because I wanted to speak with someone else for I was very unhappy with how she spoke with me on the phone ".....he replied saying "I have just came into the office" (bearing in mind.....no lies....this was only 30 seconds lol )as I went to tell him wot my first phone call was regarding he began to shout at me to "shut up""shut up"I said excuse me....wot ? ( I was shocked ) he again replied "shut up" "shut up" & hung up the phone.I rang back....I said how dare they treat a customer like that and I will be upto the office to complain in person.up at the office the wife of the premises took out her mobile phone to record me.I sat down in a chair whilst a guy who faguley knows my family stood in between me and the male owner who was leaning aggressively over the persons arm who knows my family whilst shouting in my face "who do you think you are...I am the owner....I can do what I want"I got up off the chair....I found a piece of paper and pen on their desk....and I wrote down the simple adjustments that needed to be done in the first place as to my phone call earlier and I left....I have made a phone call to the consumer rights and also to the local newspaper...who both agree that how I was treated was extremely unprofessional and wrong.whoever has read this I thank you for taking the time lolI am just very shocked and still gobsmacked by this malpractice from O'Neill & co headstone specialists at Miltown.thank you
I traveled from New Zealand with a little information on where my Grandmother was buried at Belfast City Cemetery, I met a staff member there, a gentleman named Brian who I have to say was absolutely fantastic.Brian was so passionate on what he does at the cemetery, he was so so helpful and made sure that I was able to find my grandmother's unmarked grave, he even traveled into the cemetery with us with every piece of information that he could gather and was able to pin point this unmarked grave.Thank you very much Brian.RegardsRobert WoodsNew Zealand.
A Fantastic man named Brian who went out of his way to help me find my grandfather's grave.I had very little information about him but Brian found him and drove me and my husband to his grave. What a beautiful place to spend eternity in
Kept in good working order the cemetery contains some Titanic-linked graves and some fine Victorian monuments higher up
Lovely grounds well kept with very helpful staff
