Brought my 2 month old daughter down to be registered and wasnt completed until 2 weeks following. Tried to order carobel on a prescription for her and they refused to even do it in my name resulting in having to buy a pack at 13 pound due to a lack of their own mistakes for not registering her making us unable to get her carobel which she needs for her bottles to overall be able to get some milk into her. Absoloute joke. Tried to get her an appointment as she was very unwell and because they didnt register her in their words theres nothing we can do its not up to us staff are very ignorant and the doctors do not listen to anyone at all.
A full month to register as a new patient- hold on sure and il die and all in the meantime....
