I have been going to this hair dressers for year's! Ive never ever had an issue i love all the girls in here but today had to have been one of the worst experiences I've ever had to sit through two and half hours for a root tint she had the hair dye all over my face down my neck my ears where black she got it on my clothes she dropped it on the floor so it hit my shoes , she then washed whatever dye was left on my actual head off and basically gave me a bath the water was down my back over my arms i had to go up stairs and dry my shirt in the bathroom i was VERY lucky i brought makeup with me as she took every bit of foundation off my face!!!i am so annoyed this happened to me as i never ever complain not to mention i am 8 and a half months pregnant !!!!whoever the hairdresser was needs to re-think her whole career! She was very friendly and chatted to me but paid no attention to what she was actually doing , Awful experience and I won't be back!
Great end results of a wash and blow dry but a very long wait for a walk in appointment
I was not happy with the hair colouring service at all. They did not put any effort and time doing my hair and they just did it so quick and messed up. I even booked a saloner to colour and curl my hair for my formal but she wasnt professional and I also asked her to curl my hair after and she told me that she doesnt have time as she has other clients! So poor at the service!!
