I went for a consultation about a year ago and had a terrible experience. When I explained what I wanted (just to thicken by hair and have ombre colouring), the stylist proceeded to 'correct' me on everything I was saying - not in a helpful, constructive kind of way, but outright dismissive. I clearly wasn't being listened to and embarrassed that I was being talked down to by a supposed professional (who ironically wasn't being very professional at all!). Stylist was in no way friendly or personable - terrible representation of the brand. I never returned after that - no service is worth being spoken to like that.
