Disgraceful, overpriced service, even in comparison to other private hospitals/consultants/surgeons. Needed to have operation and they quoted 3 times the price of other local practices with 5 - 6 weeks waiting time to have it carried out. Other local practices willing to do the procedure within a few days at one third of the cost. I wondered why this place had such poor reviews as it initially appeared otherwise, however, now I know why. Cheeky, "know-it-all" staff. Avoid this place and go to the plenty of other practices/doctors/surgeons in the local Lisburn Road/Malone area.

I took my mum to see the private GP at Kingsbridge Private Hospital, she was seen within a few hours of ringing. She was delighted with the service and is already on the mend. Keep up the good work.

Paid privately to have my gallbladder removed as I was in severe pain. For the price of my op I expected to be treated the way I had been when I went to the Ulster independent clinic.. like I mattered!! On admission I was sent to a holding bay , not my own room .. a holding bay! I sat there for 2.5 hours until a nurse came to get me for surgery! I was transferred to ward 2 to the private room Id paid for to recover and was shocked to find it was no more than box room with a toilet and shower , my bed didnt work properly, the room was ice cold , so cold I had to infact put my clothes on over my pjs! Nurses are pushed to breaking point , theyre trying to free up beds as quickly as possible which meant I was asked to leave at 9.30 am the nx morning because they were desperate for my bed!! The surgeon did what he had to do and did it well but the aftercare was rubbish! Would not recommend this hospital!

For anyone travelling to kingsbridge hospital in Belfast for cataract eye surgery. I went there in July needed surgery on both eyes. Got appointment to get one eye done and the other in two months after. When I arrived for surgery the nurse put some drops in my eye to dilate my pupil, I was then sent into the anaesthetist to numb my eye for surgery which should of entailed putting drops in my eye to numb it before injecting it with a needle. That was not done, he just gave me two needles into the eye and the pain was excruciating. It's just like a cattle Mart get you in and get you out as fast as the can. Needles to say I won't be going back to get the other eye done. Complained but got no satisfactory explanation. Be aware of what's facing you.

Last year I had to have a bilateral hip replacement, so far so good, I have a follow up appointment in November to see how well I'm getting along. The nursing staff do the best they can, the administration staff could improve, the surgeon was excellent.
