I recently received excellent health care from a wide range of specialists from A&E, Gynae/McNealy Ward, X-ray and Radiology. What an amazing resource for this area. The excellent service provided by all staff; medical and support staff is to be applauded. We need to do more to ensure these teams are properly resourced and remunerated. Our MLAs need to get back to the Assembly to do more to ensure our health professionals and their support teams are properly resourced (staff, technology and equipment), receive proper support, care and appropriate remunination. Thank you Ulster Hospital Staff.
The staff were great, however, we turned up 40 mins before our appointment and every car park was displaying full, with massive queues. We had to leave the site and park a half a mile away in order to get to our appointment on time. What a complete shambles! Get your act together Ulster Hospital!
hi i would like to say thank you to all the staff in hospital in particular A&E and Plastics after i entered hospital with a very badly damaged forearm from a chop saw cut, i received very prompt and first class treatment all round by very caring and efficient staff , once again thank you all.
Staff pleasant and helpful, exceptions few, however some policies, procedures and practices need to be reviewed especially when it is in written black and white. Occasionally arrogant junior doctors arise but as their stay is short-lived, they are quick to evade managerial intervention.The current political climate is an uncertainty within the healthcare system however this hospital upholds its description and performs very well and is a good place for the foreseeable future.
Went for cardiac scan and was dealt with by a person called Amanda. Totally professional in explaining and carrying out scan. Lovely personality that put me at my ease. Five star treatment in 5 star surroundings.
