From the moment I walked in I was created with a smile by staff and asked if I was in for specific staff member or did I need any assistance. I explained I was in for an engagement ring. I had no understanding of what to look for. They have a simple chart that explains everything. Colour clarity carrot. Ciara was so helpful and did not rush anything and was not pushy. She explored my needs and budget and recommend to various rings to me. She offered alternatives below and above my budget and explained I could say no to anything. She understood the magnitude of the purchase and decision. She sourced a separate diamond me look at and explained the ring and Shoulders it would be in. She couldn't have been any more helpful. Always smiled and made me feel at ease. Explained to me if I got it wrong I could exchange. She was patient with me as I was indecisive on what to go for. Eventually I went with a ring over budget of what I wanted to spend. This was because I she offered me a range of rings and was not pushy and to be honest it was excellent value. It was my decision. My now Fiance is over joyed at the ring, colour clarity and carrot. She is complemented on the ring daily without bringing it up as it sparkles and is eye catching. Thank you Ciara for the help and making this moment one we will never forget and cherish for ever. If I could give higher rating I would as I can not say enough good things about the shop the quality price and value. I wouldn't look anywhere else
Having visited another diamond wholesalers the morning we went engagement ring shopping, I was stressed and disheartened by the first shops aggressive sales techniques and was almost convinced to buy a ring 2.5 times our budget. We hadn't intended on going to ellisons, but so glad we did. The rings were beautiful and I fell in love with two rings. Staff were friendly, patient and not pushy. I ended up chosing a stunning Tiffany ring which was closer to our budget and looked amazing. Thanks ellisons for helping to make it a special experience!
