Went into Belfast store to buy my daughter princess ring. The assistant could not have been any more distant than the man on the moon. This was a special treat and my daughter and I left deflated as no interaction with the staff. Poor service Pandora Belfast won't be back
Friendly staff, clean & tidy environment
Not happy with the service. Was there last week wanting to buy 2 things. Approached a sales person and asked about one of them and it was out of stock. So I asked about the second and was just pointed to where it was. The lady didn't come up with me to show me the item. Waited standing at the counter to be shown the product ages, while customers which came after me were getting served. Finally found our they didn't have the other thing in stock either. The woman made barely any eye contact the whole time. Had to go home and order online.
Unhelpful, ignorant staff. If you want to feel what the dirt beneath your shoes feels like.....go to Pandora. #theydontwantyourbusiness
The jewellery is gorgeous and the displays are clean however i did notice incorrect pricing on some of the items and I have found a member of staff quite pushy - this has the opposite effect on me and puts me off actually buying anything. As a result the last few times I have left without purchasing even if I went specifically to view and buy an item.
