Last trip to launderette I brought two big bags of clothes to wash and dry, no ironing needed, due to having a broken washing machine, it was on a Friday, I was told they wouldnt be ready until Monday, which was fine, I didnt rush anyone, we paid 22 for two bags of clothes not even folded nicely and smelling of damp. Which had to all be washed again.I went in a day later to say about it and the lovely little lady who has worked there a few years apologised and told me she was who done the clothes, no offer to renburse any money nor a voucher for another visit, nothing.Very poor customer service, everyone can apologise, but what about my money and the clothes I had to wash all over again? Very disappointed.I will not be back.
