I took 4 full length dresses, 5 knee length dresses and a full skirt in for dry cleaning, the prices were reasonable (discount for 3+ dresses if I recall correctly) and the cleaning was done promptly even though there was no rush on the items. I will use again!
Unfortunately unable to give no stars! Absolutely terrible customer service.. brought a gown into be cleaned which initially they could not find, then when they did find this gown i found it with a pin through the very delicate material leaving two holes. I complained to the person in "charge" who shouted at me via phone. This dry cleaners very obviously have a team who are very ignorant and don't care about their customers
I use them regularly since moving near by 2 years ago for dry cleaning , laundry and pressing of shirts. All the staff work so hard there and are always friendly and very efficient. I have never had a problem and highly recommend them... they iron everything perfectly especially my many shirts.
Initially had a problem with my order but the manager went above and beyond to fix it and I am very grateful
