The entrance is very up-to-date, well maintained, welcoming and a reflection of the interior. As a wheelchair user, access is simple and easy to navigate. Availability to computers and WiFi is an important aspect to the excellent service provided. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful AND available to answer all your enquiries. An extra bonus is that children are encouraged to browse rather than leave. Overall exceptional quality and worthy of a visit. Definitely five stars.
