Wonderful experiences, friendly staffs always helpful..
A great place to while away a couple of hours. You have todays newspapers, books and computers. The staff are always very friendly and will offer you help all you got to do is ask. It is also nice and warm on a cold day.
Have been a resident in the area my whole life and used the library as a child and now go with my little boy. Most of the staff are fine with the exception of one who has worked there for quite a number of years he is rude, extremely unhelpful and condescending!!!! Almosts puts you off going in!!! Not good experience for a child who requires the service to help with school work!!!
Visited here as part of the European Heritage Open Day 2016. Was great to learn about the history of this building which contains some interesting features, would certainly be a great spot to come to study or just have a read. The exterior really grabs your attention as you make your way up the hill. The exhibition space upstairs has some history on the buildings around Belfast, which is worth a look.
