This warship was smaller than I expected but interesting to look around. I enjoyed listening to the audioguide and watching the movie. The rooms are set up as if the ship is in use so fun to look at. My 5 year old loved it. He enjoyed exploring the whole thing and imagining what happened in the war. #warship #historical #kidfriendly

Overlooked but excellent attraction. Presents a feeling of what it was like in the 1910-20, with respect to the social environment. The Theatre presentation of the Battle of Jutland is emotive. The interactive presentation are useful and informative.

Fantastic museum design allows you to walk through much of the ship and get a feel for what life was like at sea. Recommend the audio guide. Fun for kids, though there are some steep stairs to watch out for. Lift accessible throughout.

The last surviving vessel of the Battle of Jutland, a poignant reminder of a world in turmoil. The exhibition gives an unbiased account of the battle, beligerents, conditions, politics and the lives (and deaths) of all ranks. HMS Caroline herself has been meticulously restored to reflect a naval vessel of 1916 and gives an insight into service at that time. The guides are professional, knowledgeable folks with a good sense of humour. The cafeteria in the Senior Rates mess is high quality and reasonably priced in an atmospheric setting. All essential areas are accessible, engine room evokes the imagination, visit the bridge and compare the conditions of the Captain to that of Jolly Jack Tar. An absolute must visit high on Northern Ireland attractions..

An amazing piece of history located in the gigantic quarter not far from the titanic museum. A little bit hidden behind a science park. An historic navy ship which is great for exploring with families. Interactive displays and kids can dress up in historical outfits. Staff were very friendly, there is a coffee shop on board but they also have a great indoor picnic area.
