An absloute disgrace. Booked a VIP table here for two friends 30th and 21st birthdays , 7 of us altogether , cost us 270 in total but at least we knew we would get in with no hassle , be able to sit down and not have to queue at the bar. What a huge mistake that was. First off , having been told to wait in the VIP queue (which moved slower than the normal one!) for about half an hour we finally got to the front of the line , informed the doorman that we had a table booked and gave him the name. After staring into space for about five min , the doorman then looked us up and down and said "maybe try coming in another night pal."I then tried to calmly explain to him that "No , we won't be trying another night , we have already booked a table in the VIP section." After speaking to 5 sepearate people each ruder than the last and each just trying to get rid of us we finally got to speak to a manager who begrudgingly let us in. Of course once we go in there another argument had to be had because they wouldn't let us to our actual table because we didn't have wristbands! After another quarter hour spent pissing about we finally got into the "VIP" area: a cramped table at the back of a digusting bar area that was swimming with spilt drinks and packed with people to the point of bursting. But the best bit ALMOST NO WRISTBANDS! Seriously this place's customer service is an absolute joke but the doorstaff in particular are the most moronic bunch of cave dwelling idiots I've ever come across.My advice , avoid this place like the plauge.
Spent the NYE there, given it was packed the service was fast enough. I'd highly recommend getting sisha. Although a bit pricey it's definitely worth having some.
Staff really friendly and helpfull,amazing place for night out with friends.Second year on the row i celebrate my birthday there .And so a place i take my friends to for the night.Love it
Came here before 7, place was almost empty. Shame they were showing football on screens insteadof playing music. Cocktails are nice and priced at 7.50Nice comfy seatings
Good music, but they are letting far too much people in, you wanna dance and you cant barely move plus people bumping into you and pushing you constantly. Bar staff slow as poison, girl took my order and then dissappeared so i had to wait another 20 minutes to order again, so overall spent 30 minutes to get my drink. JOKE!
