Really rude staff (the one with the nails), carried on with a full conversation with her mate sitting beside her whilst attempting to serve me. I asked her how much it would be to send a small envelope, she said throw it on them scales (or something illiterate like that), didnt answer my question, carried on five more sleeps and my boyfriend conversation with said mate, slapped a sticker on my envelope (I was still none the wiser as to cost) and then Just blankly looked at me and with lips barely moving said two ninety five, not a please nor a thank you anywhere.
