Horrible services on Amazon. Threatening after leaving truthful feedback. Refused a refund when item was declined and sent back. I got my refund at the end with a pending Claim and a seller reported to amazon for misconduct. Seller threatened to not refund if I do not remove my feedback which goes against Amazon rules. I do not know for local shop. But avoid their shop on Amazon. The customer services is not only rude but aggressive. I had to negotiate as well to get postage fee refunded. Thanks to the Amazon representative, all ends well for me.
