Very good customer service, friendly, attentive staff and welcoming atmosphere even though store was very busy. Could have had more staff working as they were overstretched. Manager was very professional and personable unlike some I have seen in other shops. Love my Hotter shoes, they are comfortable and look good. Love to buy in real shops, hate the internet as my feet are so hard to fit! I will definitely be back!
