All staff was very friendly and helpful good stock of sports equipment and gear . Very good prices

Every time I think they can''t get any worse they surpass themselvesStart off by having to go through the baskets to find one that WHEELS as opposed to having to be dragged by broken or missing wheelsThen find a notice that the toilets are closed along with the suggestion you walk to the OPPOSITE end of the entire complex to use the toilets in Burger King. Anyone experienced in dealing with kids needing a toilet know the stupidity of this. For those who don't the unfortunate child sitting outside because they couldn't hold it and had wet themselves should give you and idea.Next up a female staff member whose face could curdle butter as she's scowling at anyone who DARES look near her, Bosses take note, Obese staff don't epitomize fitnessMany things including most sale items NOT pricedWe were at the far end of the store where the bikes are now, before any staff member we encountered actually spoke to us, and credit here they were pleasant and mannerlyGot to the counter where the guy on the till was pleasant. so in total out of 8 staff we encountered 3 decent staffFortunately Go Outdoors has now opened here with the same if not better quality, good pricing AND knowledgeable friendly staff. so my days of going to Decathlon are pretty much gone

Purchased bike of guy called Neil I can't say enough he was excellent and assisted me with helmet and gloves and also prepared bike and gave me helpful tips on cycling as I havnt been on bike in years I'm 52 and he gave me confidence in myself and g it me to cycle around the shop and adjusted the seat and showed me tips on how to break and how high my seat needs to be and things as simple as how to bend bike to get on I'm so happy with it I'm like child getting my 1st bike I would recommend this guy as he had lot of knowledge as I'm new to it ...so looking forward to getting into cycling he was that good my partner is going to purchase new bike in new year so will be looking out for Neil thank you so much.

Busy Saturday, enjoyed the layout and seems to have the right idea, follow on stock and things you might need etc if you buy this youll need that kind of feel. Lots of choice and price was grand. Checkout was quick. But seen other comments about the bike section. There was a crowd of three staff standing chatting blocking the back aisle. One girl in my way just wouldnt budge to let me passed, was kind of like Im chatting here go away. Youre at work kid not the pub lol

Bought a new bike for my daughter. First time out her brakes didn't work. Closer inspection revealed that the brake blocks were all loose and had never been tightened. Could have been disastrous and is totally unforgivable. Email to Decathlon was ignored. Never again
