Bought a car from them 6 months ago for 14'500, no budge on the price. Due to how uncomfortable the car was we brought it back to trade in and upgrade to a more expensive car. Were offered 10'500 for the car which was in the same condition and still under their warranty. We were offered more money for the car by individual traders and major dealers like Charles Hurst. They also did not budge on the price of the new car at 15'995. My partner left crying from how she was treated at the dealership. Absolutely shambolic, a company more interested in ripping off return customers than looking after clientele. They then had the audacity to phone me 2 weeks later and ask if we were interested in coming down to look at the car again. Both my partner and I won't be back to this dealership, and if you have any intention on being treated as anything other than a pound sign on a cheque, then neither should you.
