Great store and staff very pleasant and helpful except for one older guy who looked scruffy and unkempt who handed me my item at collection point. The item I was collecting was in a large box and I asked him if there was a carrying handle on the box. His reply was an abrupt no. There was no suggestion of any assistance to try and make the box easier to carry for me. He dumped it on the counter and walked off to serve the next customer. Awful that one rude, grumpy and unhelpful member of staff brings the customer service rating down for the rest of the staff. I'm glad I don't have to work with him!!
Buttons on express machines not working. Only 3 Tills open so queues so waiting time very long...at one stage all 3 cashiers assisting customer at one till, would need to review procedures now approaching Christmas rush
