Stopped here for tea and a cake after a long day of trekking around. It's REALLY busy here but definitely worth it. The cake is excellent and enormous! The only thing I didn't like is that the milk for drinks is kept in jugs on table which isn't amazing. Ours was empty and we had to go begging another table for some.
Lovely setting and brilliant staff and lovely products. A bit over priced though, especially food both in shop and cafe. Still would go back though.
Excellent lunch, service was first class and food was beautiful, chowder was beautifully creamy and crab and gruyre cheese salad was delicious. Prices were very reasonable too, we will definitely be back.
Great store on ground floor with kitchen ware, men's and women's fashions, books and fresh food to go. Also on the 1st floor, there are 2 restaurants, 1 is self service and the other is waiter served. Both of these do great fresh food.
Coffee shop has lovely salads, quiche, salmon and sausage rolls, for lunch. All beautifully made with great ingredients. And the desserts and scones are fabulous.The main shop is magical. Crammed with beautiful woolen goods, blankets, throws and scarfs. Nice naks galore. Great place for present buying.
