The customer service my friend got was absolutely shocking! Shocking to the point she got so worked up and cried. She was returning an item a toy of some sort and they refused point blank to refund it as they tried to say she used it when in fact the toy had not been opened nor used.. then she asked for another person to come along and explain to them that she hadnt opened the toy you could see from the box it wasnt opened but they opened it in front of people and basically tried to make her look stupid she got so worked up trying to explain herself but when the other college came he was worse than the other staff member so cheeky and rude! She had to go to another Argos and they happily refunded it as their was NO fault and not opened. Bare in mind they spent loads of money that day in Argos, CastleCourt but never again.. train your staff to be nicer :)

Returning a faulty item was told I had to get in contact with the manufacturer, which will take god knows how long to get a refund which was within the 30 day return period!!!! Unhappy about the customer service is an understatement
