Only cover under warranty what they choose to. Told and basically laughed at that 6 weeks old Vape is not covered as it fell apart. I'd avoid. Plenty of other quality Vape shops around.
Bought a Blueberry Custard oil from the Kix store today. The guy in the store was lovely and very helpful but i was abit disappointed with the oil as i excepted it to taste like Blueberry Custard but it doesn't. For such a tiny bottle of oil it costed me a fiver. Thats a fiver i will never get back.

Decent selection of liquids and ecigs but the staff need more training for hard core vapers ie RDA training
Some of the staff helpful but on two visits was dealing with people who honestly knew very very little about vaping. Small product selection and very little product knowledge on their own products which i was shocked by. Prices are average and i would only use if i was desperate now, far better selection and information online at usually cheaper prices. The girl that works there is polite enough and tries to be helpful but the guys not so much and have a bit of an attitude
