Convenient city centre location to call in and get advice and health checks for your Samsung phones. Not the smartest of places for a high end Manufacturers shop and help centre but friendly and helpful staff available to assist you.

Very good service. Fault with S8, would take ages to charge. Guy had it fixed in 10 mins. Very much appreciated. Keep up the good work :)

Perfect repair. Told me i would get it back and be like a new phone and it was. Fixed it all even the buttons

Had a fault appear on my Galaxy S8, I was unable to charge my phone as it took somewhere around 6 hours to charge, this was killing me but I hated the thought of having to go through Phone insurance etc until someone mentioned the Samsung Support Centre so I thought I would give it a try.Honestly, within 10 mins of going in I was on my way out with a docket as my phone was in getting repaired under warranty and around 2 hours later I got a text to come collect my phone.. Unreal!I used to be a big fan of how Apple had the Genius bars for issues like this but now that Samsung have this as well I will be staying with Samsung for the foreseeable future 100%The guy I was dealing with had a good strong Country accent, he was proper sound! Thank you!

My second visit to the shop, through no fault of Samsung, or the shop itself! (I really must be more careful with my phone.) Fantastic service, over and above what you might expect, even from a market leader. Hopefully I won't be back too soon, but if I am, it will be with complete confidence.
