very poor customer service. they don't even bother to check out a size of a parcel properly. I was sending a parcel to Scotland a letter size paid 1.34. The next day did the same but paid 3.34 for the same size parcel. The guy behind the counter didn't even bother to check a size of my parcel properly. They don't do nothing for a customer to make us happy. They only say who's next there
