I am so disgusted at how my daughter has been treated by this company. They rented her a flat with dirty mattress and less than three weeks of being in the flat she had to stop showering while on her period as her shower was leaking. She then had to pay for alternative accommodation and when she deducted that from her rent she was bullied in emails to pay the balance or be served a notice to quit letter. I know in mainland UK tgis couldnt happen and am shocked at the bahviour of the team.My daughter who suffers anxiety has been left crying for weeks as this house has now put her out of pocket on a new city.
This has been the most stressful, longest transaction I think Ive ever experienced when it comes to conveyancing. I was selling my house in NI, whilst already being back in England. However, Will from FC, was beyond amazing, and in my opinion, definitely went above and beyond what a typical estate agent would do. Cannot express my gratitude enough!
Applied for a rental property via email. Two weeks passed without any word so I emailed enquiring as to the status of the applications. No response. Another week passed and I emailed the agent we were dealing with again. No response. Another week passed, I made two phonecalls and was promised that it would be looked in to and they would ring me back. Nearly another week passed and I found out via Property Pal that the house was Let Agreed, and the agent didn't care to tell us. Poor, shoddy, diabolical customer service, it's almost as if they don't want to rent out their properties.
