Booked our first lads holiday with them. When booking it the woman was polite, calm and was able to answer any question we had on the holiday. We wanted to add someone on and as it was the first holidays we had enquiries, me and our friends came into pay and we were given looks as if oh wow theyre back again, bad bad vibes, just hope our holiday goes well...
Great travel agents. You can tell they have really lived and experienced your dream trips. I was going to Amsterdam for a weekend and the fella was able to advise me to stay away from the blue lights (he learnt the hard way - pun intended) and to venture no stronger than White Widow. He'd been around the block a few times let me tell you.
Fantastic company with very attentive staff. Took the time to check places we had thought of and then gave brilliant recommendations for alternatives that we actually went with in the end! Got us a fantastic holiday at a very reasonable price! Ill def be using Barrhead travel again!!
