Absolutely brilliant service from Adele. So patient and full of knowledge about our proposed itinerary. Would have given 5 stars but for the lack of tea or coffee or even water! Given that most customers are there for quite some time discussing their travel plans we just could not believe the absence of such a basi service found almost anywhere these days! Come on Trailfinders get your act together for your clients and staff!
